Bug? Toxic Powder / Tantrum Blast / Ancient Booster Energy Capsule

Wondering if this was a bug I encountered while playing today. Playing Roaring Moon against Klawf/Hisuian Electrode V. My Roaring Moon had Ancient Booster Energy Capsule attached. Opponent used Toxic Powder, which was negated by ancient capsule, but was still hit by the opponent’s Electrode’s Tantrum Blast. Maybe I’m misunderstanding Tantrum Blast? Electrode did have super effective glasses on… Does that somehow still cause the damage to go through? Nothing on the card seems to suggest it would. Here are the logs for the relevant turn. No mention of Roaring Moon being poisoned and you can see Ancient Booster Energy Capsule was attached when it was knocked out.
