Login Timed Out Expired

Everytime I try to login to Pokemon TCG Live, it always tells me, login time out expired. This has been going on for 2 days now. It works fine on my laptop but not on my phone. I dont get it. Please fix this issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I still get the same message. I have screenshots for proof.

From there click "Contact Us". Please provide additional details and attach screenshots, card expansion & number, or anything else helpful that could give the team more context. We appreciate you reporting this and sending us additional information.

    [Solved?!] Problem Logging into TCG Live App on Android/Phone?
    1. Close TCG Live App

    2. Turn off Wi-Fi

    3. Attempt new login (using cellular service)
    4. (Turn on Wi-Fi at this point if you like)

    (Found the solution on a yt vid/Isaac Moreno — and worked for us!)
    So far, when we re-open the app:: login works — only problematic on initial install and after logging out.
