Dunsparce ability not working?

There's been a few times where mysterious nest doesn't work. Just now had had Koiadron EX do 440 damage to my Luxray V even though dunsparce was in play and had worked when his Great Tusk ex attacked dunsparce earlier

    This is simple. Dunsparce only protects colorless pokemon. Luxury isn't, Dunsparce is. That's why the Great tusk didn't hit dunsparce for weakness, but Luxray was hit for weakness. Remember to read your cards.
