Team Rocket managing to steal all the victims’ Trained Pokémon from Professor Oak Laboratory?

What if the Team Rocket agents and affiliates, other than Jessie, James and Meowth, have managed to steal all the victims’ own Trained Pokémon, including all of Ash’s, from Pidgeot to Dracovish, from Professor Oak’s Laboratory so that their Mastermind, Giovanni, can sell them all for profit? What do you think might happen?
