Liko vs Ash

I haven't seen horizons or the end of ultimate journeys so please discuss your thoughts!

I feel like Liko is kind of the opposite of Ash. She's awkward, shy, and an introvert who isn't sure of what she wants (which is pretty realistic for a character who's probably a preteen).

It's kinda hard to compare them because of that, I think both are good in their own ways.

From the 10 minutes I've seen of horizons I think Liko is just more relatable for general audiences especially female ones who can relate more, although despite being male liko is more relatable, maybe it's just because ash is stupid and I can't agree with his thought process

I feel like I can guess EXACTLY what Ash will say every time he opens his mouth. Basically he's to predictable. (character wise) Liko feels less "obviously the protagonist" which I like. To cut it short: Ash is too bland.
