I'd probably have something like Team Tetra. The whole gist of things is that we'd be a group of villains, bent on mind-controlling all of the world's Pokemon, so that we could rule the world. We'd have gotten help from Colress and his Pokemon Mind-Control Device.

Unlike other evil teams, we'd have Dragon-Types, as they're far stronger than Dark types, just like we are compared to other evil teams.

My top grunts would be a girl named Elenisa and a guy named Bryant.

    (Sorry this is long)

I had an idea, Team Blackout.

"I... no longer think that we humans should be with Pokémon. I love my Pokémon, I love them very dearly... and yet, I can't stop thinking.. wouldn't they be better off, in the wild, with their family and friends? Not taken away or specially raised to participate in battles..?

    (Spiky speech bubble)

What good do humans even do to Pokémon.. taking them away from their natural lives or raising them in man-made ones to fight for our own personal gain?!

They fight day and night, and some of you don't even bother to thank them, let alone pet or hug them?!

(Reference to an actual mechanic in Gen 6 where if you're using a Pokémon with high affection and tap the touch screen after you defeat the last of the opponent's Pokémon, you pet them)

They'd live much better lives in their natural homes, not as tools for your own ego!

    (Normal speech bubble)

You may be one of the better ones, but the human species.. this society... my friends would be happier without all of it.

Just my friends can't do this alone.. I'm going to use the power of the Legendary (_________) to make a better world. Stop us if you even dare."

I'm the professor of the region, studying how humans and Pokémon interact with each other, and its effects on both, but after seeing how rude many trainers are to their Pokémon I question if humans really help Pokémon, leading to the realisation. I use Pokémon that evolve through friendship, as opposed to only Fairy and Normal types like most of the team.

My signature Pokémon is Togekiss, and my other Pokémon are Crobat, Umbreon, Azumarill, and Wigglytuff. The last one is fought in a seperate fight after my Pokémon who were blocking intruders who made it past the admins from defeating the Legendary are defeated, and it's, well, the Legendary.

My Pokémon don't want this to happen, but I don't listen. At the end, I see that there are better ways to lessen how much trainers neglect their Pokémon than removing all trainers.

(I actually really like this idea, I might use it if I make a fake region eventually.)

This is a PHENOMENAL idea. I really love this. I can just picture fighting these battles, and having the professor be the evil team leader in the game is a really cool plot twist. Doesn't Lucario evolve with friendship? That could be one of your pokemon.

Mine would be called Team Lunar. An organisation dedicated to controlling the legendary and mythical Pokémon in every region. My grunts would be a girl called Martha and her Mega Evolving Houndoom alongside Carl and his Mega Evolving Tyranitar. All of the grunts would have Umbreon and Obstagoon (including Carl and Martha). We would orginate in the Kanto region but our opporations would stretch across the globe. We also specialise in using dark type Pokémon. Our uniforms will be black with a purple moon on the center and will also include black trousers, black trainers and dark sunglasses. We'll already have caught the mythical Pokémon Darkrai.
