Reporting major bug

During my game using a Gardevoir deck, I ran into a bug when using nest ball the item card.
The card froze and wouldn't let me pick a basic Pokémon knowing I have over 4 options left in deck.
The net ball card is still in it's position for the remainder of the game.
The game froze and turned to my opponent "Dlreach"
He got a free second turn
After I tried to attack using "Scream tail" The game froze again indefinitely.
No timer no nothing.
