Unable to select energy when retreating

I had 2 psychic energy and 1 reversal energy on my gardy. When retreating it would not let me choose which energy to discard even though it was glowing. This is on the mobile app.
Also similar problems with using Arven and there is sometimes a card that is glowing but I am unable to select.

I had a similar thing happen to me but I needed to select energy's to discard after I attached I tried twice to win the match but I was unable to drag the energy's into the slots provided. Can this be fixed as this is the second time it's happened to me in a week to win a match? I have lost rank points now too. Thanks.
