    i don't really know what lucario does but with the lucario buffs and scizor nerfs i'd say lucario is more likely to win on this patch. now if we are talking about a year ago then scizor cleans up no problem but they GUTTED bullet punch's damage and you're not gonna run anything other than bullet punch swords dance unless you want to lose.

    Scizor but I played some time ago so it might no long be as good and I have never played Lucario.

    Lucario has a higher damage output than Scizor.

    yeah they GUTTED scizor. bullet punch has lowered base power and they decreased scizor's attack stat quite noticeably.

    We are not talking about Scizor from a year ago, so I'm going to take Landiosswag's vote as a vote for Lucario. Lucario wins.
