Accidental shop purchase

I was at the home screen, locked my phone and put it in my pocket. Took it back out later and there's a card on my screen. Turns out I managed to get into the shop and make a purchase. Bought the Charizard ex Premium Collection for 2,000 crystals. Best part is, I already had the promos and sleeves from that because I bought the physical version and redeemed the code card...

Contacted customer support and they won't do anything for me. How is there no confirmation button when making a purchase from the shop? This is so ridiculous. I'm so mad about this. I've been saving my crystals for months and now I'm out 2k for a useless purchase. I already had the sleeves and 10 copies of Charizard (who I never even play) so I got 6 packs of 151 for 2k crystals, when if I truly wanted to buy packs, I could have gotten the same amount for only 1,200 crystals. I'm pretty sure there were other purchases made because I'm missing more than 2,000 crystals but I have no way of knowing.

I can assure you that customer support can see what I purchased and can see that I've never spent crystals besides to unlock the Premium Pass for Battle Pass but they just give me a canned response: "Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for in-game items in Pokémon TCG Live for any reason, including if the items are unused. Please be careful when making selections. We recommend ensuring that you are playing with a stable, strong internet connection to prevent connection issues that may affect the purchase process. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Seems like they don't even understand what I told them and just give a generic reply. "stable, strong internet connection"... I enjoy the game/app and my kids love using it too but I'm so disgusted right now that I'm probably going to uninstall and stop buying any physical Pokémon products altogether.

Let's not be too extreme here. One accidentally purchase shouldn't make you drop the game forever. Pokemon is notoriously bad for dealing with customer complaints-- Mod Skrilla literally just posts the exact same reply every time they make a post-- but it's still a good game in general.
