Can't do anything

I played an ultra ball, discarding the last two cards in my hand to search for arceus vstar. I evolved arceus vstar from hand to my active arceus v and went down to zero cards in hand. after this, i could not use any cards on the field (abilities attacks etc).

Actual mood. I've had times where the card WON'T drag and I just lose a whole turn.

I also notice that the dragging lets go at random?
