I really like this new Mythical Pokémon, I found it very funny and interesting, especially the fact that it created the loyal three, I really liked the epilogue and I was excited about a new Mythical Pokémon now.

    He's a cute chubby guy. Not much else to say, like with most Mythicals. They're all just small and cute, really.

    I hate it. Though it has a backstory and all that that was just released that explains what happened and why it's not completely evil, I can't forgive it for what it did to Ogerpon.

    But also the fact that it wakes up from a few decades or possibly centuries long slumber and just decides to make everyone dance and scream mochi despite its powers allowing it to do basically anything is funny.

    Will this thing ever show up in the Pokédex? Cause I didn't play the DLC so I don't know anything about it. I assumed that from it's name it would be a peccary pokemon, summoned by a pecha berry or something, but I just looked it up and it's some weird ghost thing with... Headlights? I don't know about the back story or anything, but I don't plan on playing the DLC so I don't mind spoilers.

    @OlderAngel11

    It's based on the Japanese story Momotaro, where a couple who don't have children find a baby in a peach. In the Pokémon version though, it's just that they decided to raise a Pokémon instead.

    Mild spoilers here but they're obvious if you know the original story:

    In the original story, the boy grows up and befriends three animals, a dog, a monkey, and a bird (using some kind of food I forgot) if I remember correctly. The Pokémon version befriends the Loyal Three with Mochi.

    Now I can say that I loved Pecharunt's story, especially that it clarified a lot, and I confess that I managed to forgive Pecharunt, I think that both Pecharunt and Ogerpon are the victims, like, if Ogerpon and its owner hadn't been rejected when they arrived and Kitakami they wouldn't have used the masks and then Pecharunt wouldn't have stolen the mask and done everything he did to Ogerpon just to please the couple who took care of him, I think both sides are understandable, and they are two Pokémon corrupted in some way

    Personally, It's become one of my favourite Pokémon as I really like the way Game freak basically reversed the story of Momotaro, turning the peach boy into the villain and the ogre into the hero. I'm also glad we've got a new ghost Legendary/mythical as Ghost is my favourite type. As well as that, I also really like villain characters so that also amplifies my liking for it.
