Playin against Roaring Moon deck. Scizor did not properly calculate damage vs. Morpeko, moltres, greninja and sqwakabilly. Only did 60 dmg.

I think a Path to the Peak might've been in play, since it would've removed the abilities of Moltres(assuming this is galarian moltres V,) Greninja(assuming this is radiant greninja), and Squawkabilly (assuming this is Squawkabilly ex). Then the Punishing scissors would have only done sixty since it was ten + fifty for the one ability left on the morpeko.

I think you’re correct. Path was definitely in the mix. I see other comments that say Path affects Scizor. I don’t like that, but it is what it is, I guess.

    thanks for the reply!

It's because of the wording. Scizor's attack says that it does more damage for each Pokémon that has an Ability. Path says that Pokémon with a rule box have no Abilities. Therefore, those Pokémon don't increase the damage at this point. It's completely logical and consistent.
