The game is stuck on "Initializing Scenes"

Hi! I just installed TCG Live on a Lenovo Mediatek Chromebook S330, which I know works. By the way, it runs Android 9, and Google Play allowed me to download and install it. My problem is that the game is stuck on "Initializing Scenes 41/41" on the first boot. I've played the game before on another device, but that device is gone. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
