Squawkabilly Bug

Just played a game where my opponent got a turn 1 going 2nd Yoga Loop (Medicham V) knock out to take an extra turn. They started that extra turn and then were able to use Squawkabilly ex's Squawk and Seize ability. Which has a clause saying it can only be used during your first thrn. I confirmed with a judge that this is not correct as it's no longer their first turn.
