Card interaction: Raihan not playing correctly against sableye

Cards in question: Raihan (Evolving Skies 152) and Sableye (Lost Origin 70)
When Sableye knocks out a benched pokemon with Lost Mine, the condition of Raihan (You can play this card only if any of your Pokémon were Knocked Out during your opponent’s last turn) is not flagged as being met, and the card cannot be played.
