How can I catch the starter Pokémon in part 2 of the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet DLC

I wanted to know how I can get the starter Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, I wanted to get Bulbasaur, and how can I get all the others too, it's just a question I have about the DLC

In the BP contribution thing, try to buy the thing that costs 3000BP. It makes it so that more Pokémon can be found in the area you bought it for.
I tried searching a little and apparently Bulbasaur is in the Coastal Biome upgrade. If there are other starters you want there are a few guides with the location and biome for every starter.
