Panic Parade Glitch

Hey is anyone else having this issue? I can't upgrade my attack stats to level 2, but I already bought the lvl 1 for it. In fact I bought all of the buffs and I can't upgrade anything. Can someone please help

  Hi, I can fix that. It happened, cause your item box is full. So just delete/use some items in your item box. And recieve the buffs in your mail box.
