Will there ever be a VR or PC game of Pokemon for PC with cross play?
So i have been following Pokemon for years but have never been able to play cause it is not on PC. I have had this idea for a VR version that follow the Anime as well as the games. VR MMO would start in the Kanto region and players could pick the town they want to start in and pick their first Pokemon from the 3 starters then travel to the various towns and gyms from the Anime Series catching and collecting Pokemon along the way. Players would also be able to trade and battle each other as well. I mean really ??? how many out there want to throw a Pokeball? lol

lol ... yeah i know. so much potential in the Pokemon world. So sad to see it limited to a mobile game.

Pokémon has only made an open world game last year and it was FILLED with glitches. And though they could let a different company develop it, that seems very unlikely.

well not everyone gets it right the first time. a lot of the most recent stuff the worlds look good and characters look good as well as customizations. so it looks as if they got some of it right. they just need to work on the other things. if they just took it piece by piece then maybe they could do better. so break up regions into DLCs like in the Anime. create Kanto with the city and gym from the Anime. the end goal being to hold the Indigo League. if nobody ever tries then it will never happen. lol

Not likely. After the Scarlet and Violet Debacle, I doubt they would repeat something like this again.

Also can you even imagine how hard it would be to make that? Just making one region without it being a buggy mess like SV could take way too many years. And I kind of doubt that it would reach as many people if it were a PC/VR game instead of mobile or switch, so it wouldn't make nearly as much money as what would be put into making it.
