(BUG) Is Gardevoir bugged with luxiorious cape?

Everytime I've had a Gardevior with a Luxiorious cape and I attempt to psychic embrace onto it the game crashes after I exceed past it's original hp. It stays stuck asking me to attach energy. Done doesn't work. 😕
