After evolving to Giratina vstar, goods become non-usable

I'm testing out lost Giratina deck, after evolving giratina v to vstar, all goods become non-usable. is this just me or that's how it's supposed to be?

  What are "goods?" If you can't figure out the translation from your native language, give an example.

  @TechHog, goods are the Japanese equivalent to items
