Guzzlord. Have you seen how big it was in the anime? Combined with it being so gluttonous it could destroy entire regions (or at least islands), there's no way it can hide.

But if it's in the same region as you, you're probably the one who should hide.

I would say slaking because it doesn't move except for food and kommo-ko because of its clanging scales.

Magcargo. It would incinerate everything around it until it’s just burnt to a crisp. Hide behind a tree? Incinerated. Hide behind a sheet of metal? Melted.

Also, you’d be able to feel if you’re getting closer due to his insane temperature, and the light from his body would be a dead giveaway.

Rhyperior. Its huge, and orange, and the only way I could think of missing it would be in a rocky biome where it could just lie down on it's belly and act like a rock, but im sure eventually you could find something of that sort.

Shiinotic. Its speed stat is only 30, and as @Acornyo said, the light from its body would make it easy to find.

Eternamax Eternatus, because it's 328 ft tall.

I would say regigigas would be horrible at hide and seek, however it might be mistaken for a mountain if it got down on it's hands and knees
