windows 10 installation

The game has a problem for those who are installing it, it doesn't go beyond the language selection screen, it loads for a few seconds and returns to the same screen.


If you take it out of full screen with "alt + enter", when it returns to the previous screen, it returns to full screen as if the program had closed and opened it again.
