[BUG] - Gholdengo ex "Coin Bonus" can be played when no cards remain in deck

As the title states, the "Coin Bonus" ability of Gholdengo ex is not disabled once you are out of cards in your deck to draw. Instead, the game will allow you to select to use the ability, and essentially soft lock and not allow you to take any actions but to concede or wait for the timer to run out. This ability was played from a Gholdengo ex that was on the bench.
