Bug- App Forced Log Out While Opening Packs

I reached Tier 5 in Battle Pass and received the 5 S&V boosters. While opening the first pack, the app displayed an error message and logged out. Now that I have logged back in, the packs are gone. Where are my packs?

  Its a glich and I have no Idea. But there probably not in the the game anymore!
