Timer begins counting down before turn can be interacted with

The turn timer is running down as soon as the opponent finished playing, even if animations have to play which can result in the timer being 0 before the animation for drawing a card from the deck plays (this occured from Inteleon placing damage counters while also triggering Lucky Energy, either of these combined with the regular draw animation result in losing the turn to the timer without being able to interact with the hand. I also lost a turn after Frosmoth attacked through the attack animation playing. I am assuming the bug itself is that the timer is beginning to coutn down as soon as the opponent has ended their turn rather than the turn has finished, or my turn has either begun. Even playing Blissey, I should not be forced to lose 5 turns in a row.
