Game freezes when opponent concedes while player uses Gardevoir ex's ability

I was unable to click done or add another energy to my pokemon. I couldn't even concede. This happened twice today, both during the turn that I would win the game.
This may seem to be a disconnection issue at first, but then I found that I won this match, which I should have lost if it was a disconnection issue. This indicates that my opponent surrendered while I was using Gardevoir ex's ability Psychic Embrace.
It would be great if the issue is looked into.
