Error 10010
Hi I just to come back totry to play ptcg live on my phone after a long time I use to play the beta before but didn't move my account and now everytime I try to get into the game I just see error 10010 please help thank you

Ether If you try to boot the game without using a VPN set to Canada
or you are launching the game from a country that was not included in the list of countries for which the beta test was open. This is a Google search so if it’s wrong don’t blame it on me!

This has been posted on most of the forum posts regarding "Error: 10010" and can confirm that it does not fix the issue. Many people have contacted support to no avail regarding this error code. The only reason behind this error code seems to be your specific Pokémon account trying to link to the Pokémon TCG Live app, meaning, if you log into the game using a newly created / different Pokémon account, it may let you log in. As for a solution to our current dilemma, Pokémon Support has informed the majority of us to contact them, but no solutions have been provided to any of us.
