Game stuck at the beggining of a battle

Sometimes my device(Google pixel 6). Get stuck or freezer at the screen of the beggining of a battle, when appear the cinemátic of both playera showing himself with his respective poses and then, the screen doesnt change to show the gameboard, so, i must quit the Game. This is annoying, because i lost the battle and points.
