Has anyone else experienced this bug..?

After grinding in the poke league for some quick easy rewards, after finishing the Pikachu league, I didn't receive the crystals, and credit rewards. It only gave me the pink pants. After contacting support, they are trying to excuse the bug, because since I have the pink pants, they assume I claimed the crystals, and credits. They probably think most are trying to cheese their way into free stuff, but I simply just want my reward to be claimed.
