Why didn't some members of Ash's team appear in any movies based on Pokémon the Series?

I have remember some of the members of Ash's team and or bond that didn't appear in any of the movies based on Pokémon the Series: these include Butterfree, Pidgeot (née Pidgeotto), Kingler, Muk, Tauros (x30), Heracross, Larvitar, Glalie, Unfezant, Palpitoad, Krookodile and Goodra. Now I wonder why you think that they didn't appear in any movies based on that main anime TV metaseries?

    Surprisingly Anime Movies and tv show are difficult things. Like Arceus is only in the movies unless you count a gold shine

    Once I work for the pokemon company, I plan to fix that matter.
