Literally winning the game and can't even finish and I don't wanna hit the concede button
Heard this bug was happening a few months back and it's still going?

The devs don't know how to fix it. They thought they had fixed it with the latest patch, but they were wrong, so it's probably here to stay.
That said, close the app when this happens. Your opponent conceded during the damage animation, so you won so long as you don't concede.

dear players, i suggest its better to play the physical card game, these bugs will most likely exist after 5 years from now or forever, the company is not willing/unable to fix these bugs.
