Select Language loop

Haven't been able to log in since the previous update (not the most recent) and after screwing around with various ways to install and run the program in an attempt to play, it now gets as far as asking for the language, i select one, then it goes to a white screen and eventually asks to select language in a loop.

Any suggestions?

Trying to play on PC and have raised several tickets with support which have been less than helpful in trying to help me.

As I said in the message, I've raised several and no-one has helped outside of asking me to turn off my antivirus which made zero difference
