Shining Magikarp maxes out at 4 copies

Shining Magikarp (Celebrations Classic Collection) has rules text stating that "You can't have more than 1 Shining Magikarp in your deck." However, up to 4 copies can be imported into TCG Live. I assume this is an error, since Pokemon Star are limited to 1 copy.

You can still own 4 copies of the same card, but it will be limited to 1 in your deck like the text on the card implies.
By having 4 copies, like every other card, the next Shining Magikarp you get you become credits.
Are your other Pokemon Star limited to one copy?

Yes, Umbreon Star is limited to 1 copy, as is outlined in the Sunset Information.
