Is it one or two issues?

I have noticed other posts about not being able to get into matches. My problem specifically occurred right after an opponent was found, the screen would go blank or black, then a bug report would pop looking something like this:

Kinda like that stuff there. So, I reinstalled my graphics card driver, and reinstalled the game then was able to get back into matches. I don't know if one or both of those things helped actually but I am sharing what I did.

    I have the same problem but I can't solve it in this way either
