Didnt Receive my duplcates (Credits)

Hi, the problem I occured:

I typed in 32 Codes of Celebrations on the Pokemon Website. But didnt open my ptcglive game on iphone immediately after that. When I cam home there was the Server updating for global launch i believe (?)

Anyways, when I logged into my game after the update was finished the game loaded the packs, but I didnt get any credits for the duplicate cards (I have almost every celebrations card 4 times).

It seems like my collection hadnt been loaded . After I closed my game and opened it again, I had my collection back but still the extra credits out of those 32 packs, around 18-20k I suppose are still missing..

    I'm not sure how the website works. As far as I know it's just used for PTCGO, not PTCGL. I haven't migrated yet so I can't test myself because it'll definitely go to my PTCGO account instead, but it might strictly be for PTCGO.
