Any plan to fix the obsidian flame bug?

The redeem scanner in the site always gives me an error code for all obsidian flame codes I use! I’ve tried just typing them but it does work. The first 11 I scanned had no problem but the following roughly 23 codes after that all gave the same error stating there was a communication error and to resubmit, I clicked submit one more time & it reads this code has already been redeemed by this account. I log into TCG live & nothing. Please help I’ve got a stack of codes I’d like to use
