Bug: Deck Search from Ball Items

I just witnessed 2 bugs in my last game. Both with ball items. Nest Ball and Ultra Ball. Each time I went to select a Pokémon, there were no options. I could cycle between Valid and All, but neither had options to select. Eventually time ran out and I didn’t get to select anything. Wasted 2 items and lost my match. Never experienced this before today’s patch.
