Pokémon TCG: Timer runs out but game does not end

Hi group!
This is my first post in here and I have a question regarding an issue that has happened to me several times.
Right now I'm in a match against a lost-box Giratina deck, and it seems that I have big possibilities to win. But is my opponent's turn and it has been for more than 15 minutes and his turn is not over. It seems that they are AFK as they have not done any movements.
Now I've waited more time, and the timer reaches 0 and nothing happens.
Is this something regular? Is it because my opponent closed the game because they were losing? If you know anywhere I can report this issue would be greatful!
Thanks!

I really don't get why the game doesn't say that you disconnected. I just had this happen to me for the first time, and I thought it was a glitch because their action timer ran out but nothing was happening. These kind of glitches happen, so how is anyone supposed to know what the actual reason is without knowing this exact circumstance? Like sometimes, the 'end turn' button doesn't appear until I do something that I don't want to, which messes up my entire game. I actually WAS thinking that I could've DC'd, but I assumed the game would've told me that, so I disregarded the possibility. I literally had to look up this exact problem in order to figure out whether I disconnected, if it was a glitch, or if my opponent was just raging over a card game.
