Why did my rainbow rare Ortega disappear right after I pulled it?

Pulled rainbow rare Ortega, went to put it into my deck and it is nowhere to be found. I even exited and reopened the app and it still isn't there. This is pretty frustrating. Anyone else have a similar issue?
