I been having the same issue on my Windows 7, I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times now and nothing it is really frustrating!

Support says they can't help me, the worst part is that the ticket status is resolved!

bit more info, I deleted the program and then went through the registry editor and removed every instance of pokemon from it. When I loaded the game next after installing, it came up and asks for the language, then goes to a blank white screen when it should ask for login details but doesn't and asks to select language again in a loop. So it's changed slightly but still unplayable.

I am also getting the error message that PTCGL will not load. Stuck on the 9/40 screen. On mobile.

At a minimum, I would have liked to see them mention the fact that they were aware of the bug and were trying to fix it on: https://community.pokemon.com/en-us/categories/tcg-live-news-announcements

They didn't think it is bugs as the customer service haven't report to the team.
