I can not get past the language screen. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I downloaded on Windows 10 but I can not get past the language screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    had this problem for weeks now still hasnt been fixed no matter what i try.

    This may have something to do with your AV (anti-virus) some anti-virus's allow you to exclude certain applications.

    I would recommend uninstalling the application.

    1. press and hold windows key + r
    2. type control panel
    3. OK
    4. select uninstall a program
    5. click pokemon trading card game live
    6. uninstall
    7. re-download from https://tcg.pokemon.com/en-us/tcgl/

    If you are still facing issues, please attach a screen shot of any error's you may see (pressing the 'print screen' button on your keyboard will make this process easier.
