Help Please!!!
Hi All
I migrated my Pokémon account over to live last night and I’ve now lost all the packs that were meant to be converted to credits (over 150) the support team are useless can you give me any ideas please

First off, packs get converted to crystals, not credits. If you haven't received crystals for them either, unfortunately your only options are really to wait and see if they appear at some point, or bash your head in against the support team until they actually read a message instead of responding based on keywords. (not certain actually true, but surely feels like it)

Merging accounts is not a wise decision at this time.

I want to add, apparently if you aren't getting real responses from support you should be able to ask to escalate the ticket to get someone to actually read the ticket and get a real response.
