League headquarters issues

I think there is an issue with league headquarters shutting off abilities. I don't know if anyone else has has this issue. I was playing turbo lost box against Charizard. My opponent has Charizard, Pidgeot, Arc, and manaphy out. I had 2 comfys, 2 sableye, Dragonite, and Greninja out. They played league headquarters and I was unable to use forest seal stone Dragonite V I hadn't used a vstar ability yet and the icon on the right confirmed that. Next turn I played a raikou v out and I couldn't use fleet foot when raikou was in the active space.

    It only impacted the v Pokemon Greninja and sableye worked fine. There was no spiritomb in play

    For forest seal stone the option didn't even exist like the tool wasn't attached, for raikou, it was greyed out like it was disabled by something. They were in the active position both times.
