Stuck at language selection

Hello, I wanted to present a problem, which is preventing me from accessing Pokemon Live, I start the executable, select the language... I confirm, gray screen, white, return to language selection, repeat the same operation, I would like to know if others have this problem, and if there is a solution (Problem only with Live, TCGO works fine), let's assume that the system requirements are largely satisfied, fiber connection, firewall exceptions already set, tried to install it, both in the default path, and in a custom one, started as administrator or not, I honestly can't find a solution. I double-tested with a friend, he installed the game, selected the language, logged in... done. I hope someone has a solution
