Kyogre did 0 damage to second target

I'm assuming we're talking about Kyogre with the Aqua Storm attack?

Was the second target either a Bidoof with the carefree countenance ability, or a tera-type Pokemon ex? Both of those would have bench damage protection and negate the damage from Kyogre.
