Still can't get back to one still stuck at 100

I've win a lot of games and the blue bar is full to 5290/ it's supposed to go up to 5500 and after that it's supposed to reset automatically back to one but still doesn't. I noticed when you click on profile on the top left corner that's what it says. This first started I noticed about a week ago. This must be a bug or some kind of glitch in the system of this game on your cell phone don't know if it's on other devices but still stuck. I tried anything first I tried uninstalling and we installed on my cell phone device that didn't work then I tried logging out to. That also didn't work don't know if this has happened to anybody else but I think it's a bug / glitch. On this game has anybody else have this issue.
