I'm not sure if it counts as a Halloween episode but the one in Pokemon Journeys where that Gengar's bullying Professor Cerise in his lab and then Ash catches it like he always does

Just waiting on a Friend. Episode 234 overall(232 in English) or Season 5 Episode 23. Pretty much the one Episode that gives off heavy Fire/Ghost vibes for a particular Fox. I still stand by Fire/Fairy for it but why it hasn't gotten a 2nd Typing after all these years I'll never know.
