Why won't PTCG Live load after 31/37

I have a 2019 android LGK40 phone, and I wanted to download PTCG Live. I signed in with a stable network, and the screen turned black and the game crashed at 31/37 loading. I cleared the data and cashe, deleted the game, restarted my phone, and tried again. The exact same thing happened. Is this a common problem? Thanks, long time fan of PTCGO and almost a regretter of migrating to Live.

    Got the same problem here for me good to see its not a 1 off but shame they haven't fixed it in 8months its like they don't care
