    What Mythical are you referring to? Unless it is one in White 2 you can't. You'd have to buy the other version and trade yourself. Or find someone willing to trade it, if you can even trade on the DS anymore. I'm not sure about all that.

    Shiny charm is awful in every game before SM.. and also BDSP

    I'm pretty sure you don't need mythicals for the Shiny Charm, you "just" need almost every other Pokémon though, since it needs you to finish the National Pokédex (Not the regional one) (I think).

    ..By the way, did you know you could have just searched it up instead of posting a question here? That would've been much faster for you.
